2. Data collected

2.1 Contact form

The following fields are transmitted when the form is sent:

  • Full name (required)
  • Email address (required)
  • Message (required)
  • Company / organisation (optional)
  • Website or LinkedIn profile (optional)
  • Subject of the request, deduced from the selected topic

Purpose: to respond to your request, prepare a scoping discussion and, where appropriate, draw up a quote or a commercial proposal.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (a business relationship initiated by you).

Messages are received by email at contact@mp-i.pro. They are not stored in any database or in any sales prospecting tool.

2.2 Audience measurement

Audience measurement is carried out with Umami, a solution self-hosted on MP-i's infrastructure (analytics.mp-i.pro). No data is passed on to any third party.

The data collected is anonymous and aggregated:

  • Pages viewed and referring page
  • Device type, browser and operating system
  • Country

Umami sets no cookies, does not record IP addresses and builds no individual profile. No consent is therefore required: this set-up qualifies as exempt audience measurement within the meaning of the recommendations of the CNIL, the French data protection authority. No cookie banner is displayed on this site, and that is deliberate.

2.3 Fonts

The site's fonts are hosted on the site's own server. No request is sent to any third-party font service, so your IP address is not passed on to anyone other than the host when pages load. The fonts used — Sora, DM Sans and JetBrains Mono — are published under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

3. Cookies

This site sets no cookies: no technical, audience measurement or advertising cookies. No tracker that requires consent is used.

4. Retention periods

  • Messages received through the form: 3 years maximum after the last exchange
  • Aggregated audience data: 14 months maximum

5. Recipients

Data is processed by MP-i only. The only technical service provider involved is the site's host, OVH SAS, in France. The fonts and the audience measurement are hosted on the site's servers: no third-party service is called from the pages you view. No data is sold or transferred to third parties.

6. Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. The contact form is protected against automated submissions, and the data submitted does not pass through any third-party service.
